Maxwell Nee is a Director, Board Advisor and corporate development professional at the intersection of gold, commodities and structured finance. Over the past 10+ years, he has supported growth-stage resource companies with investor strategy, transaction structuring and strategic partnerships - advancing - appreciated assets into bankable, investable opportunities across private capital, project finance, public-market pathways and cross-border deal execution.

Based in Singapore, Maxwell founded Family Office Insider after meeting families who wanted to co-invest alongside his own. Today, it connects like-minded family offices and investors through exclusive co-investment opportunities, warm introductions, private events, business partnerships and efficient due diligence - built around a consortium approach to sourcing and closing high-quality deals.

Previously, Maxwell managed relationships for $100M–$500M businesses at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He has been featured in Forbes and leading Australian and Singaporean media, and mentors Executive MBA candidates at QUT.

Keith Gracey is President and Founding Partner of Jump Capital Corporation, a Vancouver-based family office and Canadian investment firm incorporated in 2006 and operating across the Pacific Rim. With 25+ years in investment banking and 40+ years across finance and venture capital markets, Keith brings deep expertise in financing, corporate structuring, valuation, due diligence, and transaction packaging for both private and public companies.

Over his career, Keith has held senior leadership roles including Chairman and Director, with responsibility for finance, strategic planning, business development, and corporate restructuring. He has also been a cornerstone investor and owner in companies across Asia, Australia, and North America, backing and financing ventures in resources, agriculture and ag-tech, textiles, alcohol, and innovative technology.

Keith is known for helping companies reach the global stage - leading investor roadshows and capital introductions in Seoul, Hong Kong, Beijing, Singapore, Sydney, New York, Toronto, and Vancouver. He maintains an international footprint with offices in Vancouver, Sydney, and Singapore, and currently serves as a major investor and director across multiple operating companies.

Anthony Latimer

Managing Partner

Anthony Latimer is a corporate and commercial lawyer with 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory, with a focus on the energy, mining, agriculture and transport sectors.

Anthony has spent 20 years of his career at leading global legal firms including Corrs, Norton Rose, Bird & Bird and currently as a partner at Kardos Scanlan. Anthony brings a deep technical knowledge of corporate and commercial matters across corporate law and governance, foreign ownership, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and corporate structuring.

Anthony continues to advise clients from both private and government enterprises with a particular focus on Australia, China and Papua New Guinea.

In relation to directorships, Anthony has extensive experience on Proprietary Limited (private) companies and at this time is a director of Renewable Pacific Solutions Pty Ltd, Copperco International Pty Ltd, Intilium Pty Ltd, Terra Tech Fibres Pty Ltd, AboveBoard Pty Ltd and Legendairy Beef Pty Ltd. Previously Anthony was a director of John Swire & Sons Pty Ltd.

Garry Booth

Managing Partner

Garry has worked across treasury and commodity markets for 35+ years, spanning local and global firms including Elders Drexel, Midland Bank, Schroeder Australia, Ord Minnett, MF Global and ICAP Australia. Over the past 10 years, his focus has been agricultural commodities and derivatives, primarily within the wholesale broker market.

He is a founding partner and Director of Southern Aurora Markets, an AFSL-licensed ag commodity and financial markets firm focused on risk management and forward markets, where he oversees the growth of new and existing markets. Garry is a co-author of the ASX Grains Contracts launched in 2002, and as Head of Soft Commodities at ICAP Australia in 2012, created the ICAP Wool and Grain Markets.

Originally from the land, Garry is also an active cattle producer and an investor in circular-economy projects, including anaerobic waste-to-energy and Legendairy Beef (dairy-to-beef), converting waste dairy calves into higher-value beef outcomes.
